What You Will Do

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions tailored for the insurance sector.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go.


• Drive technical discussions and decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience.


• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.


• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful integration of solutions.


• Contribute to the overall engineering strategy and vision of the company.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and deploying applications.


• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go, with a strong understanding of software development best practices.


• Experience in leading engineering projects and collaborating with diverse teams.


• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in business solutions.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
