About Nabi

Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We’re starting out with building the first digital health platform for eating disorders with an agentic care model, where we empower clinicians with agents to deliver continuous care. We’ve already served tens of thousands of members and have raised over $10M from some of the top-tier VC firms.

Why we need you

This is a founding growth + operations role at the company. As part of this founding role, you will be tasked with setting the highest standards of operational excellence across the organization. You will own and scale core functions across revenue, community, CX, and internal ops. You’ll work directly with the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer, and clinical team to design and run the operational backbone of the company. This is a critical role for a strong generalist who thrives in ambiguity, builds fast, and cares deeply about healthcare done right.

What You’ll Do

• Performance Marketing: Lead campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging channels to drive patient acquisition

  Funnel Optimization: Build and optimize the full patient acquisition funnel, improving conversion from awareness to care

  SEO & Content: Develop and execute a search strategy that helps patients discover trusted, evidence-based care

  Growth Experimentation: Design and test new marketing and product experiments to unlock scalable growth

Strong candidates may also have

• Have experience in AI, healthcare, or regulated industries

• Technical or highly proficient with technical tools (SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier)
