Core Responsibilities
- Own the annual and quarterly operating plans, aligning all resources to hit revenue, margin, and cash-flow targets.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable all business functions: Growth, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Security.
- Drive customer intimacy by regularly engaging with flag officers, SES leaders, and Fortune 500 executives to shape requirements and close deals.
- Champion a culture of speed, discipline, and patriotic service based on our core values: The Best Team Wins, Customer First, Innovation Drives Our Future, We Play to Win.
- Partner with the CAO/CTO to convert technology roadmaps into fielded capabilities and referenceable accounts.
- Safeguard the enterprise by governing risk, compliance, and IP, and maintaining audit-ready books in concert with Threat Tec’s finance team.
- Serve as the corporate spokesperson for investors, partners, and media on operational and strategic matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of P&L ownership, scaling a technology or defense firm from <$50M to >$150M.
- Documented wins in both federal capture (IDIQs, OTAs, SBIR/BAs) and commercial SaaS/enterprise sales.
- Experience with EOS, Lean, or a Danaher-style business system; ability to drive an OKR/Rock cadence.
- Comfortable steering AI/ML product lines; hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and MS 365 analytics.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
