What You Will Do

• Design and iterate user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product design strategies.


• Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.


• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.


• Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.


• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization to drive product innovation.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.


• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in the insurance or B2B software development industries.


• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.


• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $300K, with meaningful stock options included in the compensation package to align your success with the company's growth.
