As our Founding Recruiter, you will be both architect and accelerator for Infinite’s most important asset—its people. You’ll define and execute our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, hire and onboard exceptional engineers, operators, and business leaders, and help shape Infinite’s foundational culture. You’ll work directly with founders and early team members to identify needs, craft compelling narratives, and drive rapid, high-quality hiring in a competitive market.
You bring the ability to source, assess, and close top talent for everything from high-impact ICs to future leaders. Beyond recruiting, you’ll serve as a critical thought partner in how we build a generational company.
Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for all early hires across engineering, product, operations, go-to-market, and more
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, craft compelling role pitches, and shape our employer brand
Create and implement scalable sourcing strategies to engage world-class passive candidates, leveraging networks, platforms, and creative outreach
Champion a high-bar, equitable, and data-driven hiring process, continually iterating on assessment rubrics and candidate experience
Drive end-to-end processes: role scoping, JD writing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, offers, and onboarding
Build foundational recruiting infrastructure—from ATS workflows and analytics to interview training and employer branding
Serve as a culture carrier and coach, helping define and instill Infinite’s values and interview standards as we scale
Develop talent programs supporting referrals, pipelines, merit and community engagement
3+ years recruiting top technical and go-to-market talent at hyper-growth tech startups (ideally as a founding or first recruiter)
Deep experience sourcing, assessing, and closing high-caliber candidates for product, engineering, and leadership roles
Ability to operate at both strategy and execution levels: you can build playbooks and run high-velocity searches hands-on
Track record building or scaling teams in early-stage environments (0 → 1, Seed/A to B/C), ideally in fintech, payments, or infrastructure
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you connect with candidates, founders, and team members with empathy and clarity
High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and relentless drive for results
Experience hiring for fintech, crypto, or highly-regulated environments
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams and programs from the ground up
Experience in building early-stage recruiting infrastructure (ATS, analytics, branding, DEI initiatives)
Relationships and network among top-tier talent in engineering and product domains
You have a builder’s mindset and love to work where ambiguity, ownership, and pace are the norm and aren't scared to work with our team to build an OS for talent
You genuinely love the craft of recruiting and believe in its impact to shape legendary teams and companies
