Our partner is an early-stage B2B SaaS company building a vertically integrated technology platform for the food and CPG industry. Backed by leading early-stage investors and experiencing strong year-over-year growth, their platform helps food manufacturers streamline innovation, compliance, and quality workflows—described internally as a “Vanta-style solution for food.”
The team includes experienced operators and engineers from top technology companies, and they are expanding their commercial team to support surging customer demand.
This is a foundational role for someone looking to break into high-growth SaaS sales. As a Founding BDR, you will be the second member of the BDR team and will work directly with the Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue.
The company has a clear, fast path to promotion: most successful BDRs move into an AE role within 6–12 months, depending on performance. You’ll gain direct exposure to well-known food and CPG brands, learn full-cycle sales fundamentals, and build a strong career trajectory in a rapidly scaling environment.
