accessiBe is building a new generation of AI-powered developer tools that help companies address accessibility directly within the software development lifecycle.

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on sales leader to build the go-to-market motion for the new product line from the ground up.

This is not a role for someone looking to inherit an established playbook or manage a mature sales team. You will be the first dedicated seller for the product - personally building pipeline, leading discovery, running demos, closing early customers, and learning what it takes to sell a new category of accessibility solution to technical organizations.

At the same time, this is much more than a traditional Account Executive role. You will help determine who we sell to, what problems we lead with, which entry points generate traction, and how we turn early wins into a focused, repeatable sales motion.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with meaningful strategic ownership. As the product grows into an established line of business, there may be an opportunity to build and lead the team around it.

What will you do:

• Own the full sales cycle for accessiBe’s new AI-powered developer tools, from pipeline creation and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.


• Identify and test the strongest customer profiles, buyer personas, use cases, messaging, and sales entry points.


• Build a focused pipeline through creative, hands-on prospecting and close collaboration with existing Sales and Marketing teams.


• Develop a repeatable discovery, demo, evaluation, and sales process.


• Work closely with Product and Marketing to shape positioning, demand-generation programs, sales materials, and product demonstrations.


• Surface buying triggers, objections, competitive insights, adoption barriers, and product gaps.


• Create a structured feedback loop between customers, Product, Marketing, and the broader GTM organization.


• Turn early customer successes into references, case studies, and a scalable commercial playbook.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.


• Proven experience selling technical products to technical buyers, such as engineering, R&D, product, DevOps, or security leaders.


• Experience as an early or first seller for a new product, market, or business line, with direct involvement in building the sales motion from the ground up.


• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand developer workflows, demonstrate a technical product credibly, and connect its capabilities to business value.


• A highly hands-on, adaptable approach. This is a senior individual-contributor role that requires direct execution across every stage of the sales process.


• Strong cross-functional experience working with Product and Marketing to translate customer feedback into product, positioning, and GTM decisions.

Strong Advantage: 

• Experience selling developer tools & AI products


• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, software-development workflows, or agentic AI products.


• Familiarity with digital accessibility or compliance-related software.

In addition to extensive training and development plans, here are some of the other benefits we offer:

• The salary band for this position ranges from $125,000–$175,000, plus commission (OTE ~$225-275K), and will be based on your experience and skill set.
