FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst supports the global FP&A function by leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. The role partners closely with business leaders to deliver insights that support decision-making, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
o   Perform budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
o   Support the monthly close process, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
o   Maintain rolling forecasts reflecting current business performance and outlook.
o   Prepare management reporting and deliver clear, actionable financial insights.
o   Act as a finance business partner to business and functional leaders across the organization.
o   Support procurement-related finance processes, including PO reviews aligned with approved budgets and PO maintenance.
o   Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and deep dives to support operational and strategic decisions.
o   Provide financial analysis support for internal due diligence, M&A, or strategic initiatives as needed.
o   Support Power BI reporting, including familiarity with information systems, data updates, and routine reporting support.

Experience and Skills:

Must:
o    5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a global organization
o    Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
o    Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
o    Familiarity with Power BI and information systems
o    Experience working with ERP and BI tools – advantage o    Strong  interpersonal skills 
o    Fluent in Englisho    Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting .  MBA an advantage
