Fractional Chief Sales Officer

We are seeking a fractional Chief Sales Officer to optimize our field sales execution.

Duties:
- design, document and implement a structured sales process
- coach and mentor salespeople to optimal performance
- advise management with ongoing sales performance management techniques
- advise and assist with implementation of CRM system and other sales technology

We provide a diverse service offering including private duty home care services, skilled home health and dementia care.

The fractional CSO should be skilled in proven sales techniques at all levels of the hospital, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, in-patient rehabs, wound care centers, risk-based health plans and new programs like ACOs.

Must be based in the Northern Virginia area.
