Fractional Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fractional Senior Data Analyst to join our team to support a client on a contract, part‑time basis. This role is ideal for a data‑savvy professional who can provide strategic insights and analytical support while balancing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess available data across Sage Intacct, PointClickCare, UKG Pro, and Prophix


• Help define meaningful operational, financial, workforce, and clinical KPIs


• Recommend dashboard design and reporting structure


• Translate executive needs into data requirements


• Identify what information is available versus requested metrics that may not exist


• Advise on future analytics opportunities as additional data sources come online


• Act as a liaison between Blakeford leadership, finance, IT, and Prophix implementation resources

Desired Experience

• BI/Data Analytics background


• Dashboard development experience (Power BI, Prophix, or similar tools)


• SQL and data integration knowledge


• Finance/accounting reporting experience


• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred


• Ability to consult with executives and uncover requirements rather than simply build reports

Hours: Part-time hours/ not a full-time contract
