Job Summary:

As a Franchise Business Coach, you’ll support and guide our franchise owners to achieve success. You’ll be the key link between our corporate office and franchisees, ensuring consistent brand standards, providing training and development, and driving business performance. Your role involves building strong relationships, helping franchisees run their stores smoothly, and offering practical advice to improve results. Join us to play a vital role in delivering top-notch MilkShake Factory experiences 

Your Role:

Support and Training

• You'll be the go-to person for our franchise owners, helping them navigate daily operations and reach their business goals. 


• Offer training and development to franchise owners and their teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed

Operational Excellence

• Help franchisees uphold our high brand standards, ensuring every MilkShake Factory location offers the same great experience.


• Conduct regular site visits to assess and support franchise operations. 

• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

Business Development

• Assist franchisees in developing and executing business plans to drive sales and profitability. 

• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Support franchisees in local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.

Relationship Management

• Build strong, positive relationships with franchisees, acting as a trusted advisor and resource. 


• Act as the vital link between our corporate office and franchise owners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  


• Address and resolve any operational or business challenges faced by franchisees.

• Problem-Solving: You're proactive and resourceful, able to help franchisees overcome challenges and find solutions. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or a related role. 

• Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, preferably with experience in quick-service restaurants or cafes.


• Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations.
