What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a versatile, high-performing Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work directly with franchisees and the executive team to lead initiatives across multiple areas of the business.

Operations

Analyze and optimize franchisee operations for efficiency and compliance.

Support new location launches and implement scalable systems and processes.

Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement performance solutions.

Marketing Support

Collaborate with franchisees to implement local marketing initiatives and digital campaigns.

Assist in creating promotional materials, campaign calendars, and lead gen strategies.

Assist in developing and training outbound and inbound sales processes with a focus on high-ticket residential roofing..

Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Training

Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for franchisees and their teams.

Serve as a subject matter expert on sales, marketing, and operational procedures.

Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and drive platform compliance.

Strategy & Leadership

Work cross-functionally to develop strategic growth plans for franchise locations.

Act as a trusted advisor to franchise owners to help them scale profitably.

Own projects from conception to execution with minimal oversight.

What You Bring:

3–7 years of experience in a multi-functional business role, ideally within a franchise or home services environment.

Demonstrated experience with P&L management and driving top-line and bottom-line results.

Capable of teaching and motivating others across sales, operations, marketing, and business management.

Strong communication and leadership skills with a bias toward action.

Self-starter with a “lead, not follow” mentality—no hand-holding required.

You're a true Swiss Army Knife—versatile, reliable, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the home improvement, construction, or roofing sectors.

Previous franchise support or multi-unit leadership.

Comfort working in a startup/franchise-growth environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
