Key Responsibilities
- Franchisee Partnership & Performance Coaching
- Own the day-to-day business relationship for an assigned portfolio of franchisees
- Serve as the primary advisor to franchise owners and General Managers across operational, financial, and people-related topics
- Lead recurring consultative sessions and performance check-ins focused on execution, accountability, and growth
- Support franchisees through pre-opening, stabilization, and optimization phases of the business
- Operational & Financial Performance
- Fully own KPI analysis for assigned studios, including utilization, sales, retention, staffing costs, and profitability
- Review franchisee P&Ls and partner with owners on action plans to address cost control opportunities and performance gaps
- Coach franchisees on product mix, conversion, class schedule optimization, staffing, and utilization strategies
- Identify early warning signs of underperformance and proactively intervene with structured support plans
- Brand Standards & Compliance
- Ensure franchisee adherence to JETSET brand standards, operating procedures, and required systems
- Conduct operational reviews, audits, and business evaluations as needed
- Partner with internal teams to address escalations related to quality, staffing, or brand compliance
- Protect the integrity of the JETSET experience while supporting franchisee success
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Insights
- Act as the franchisee advocate internally, partnering closely with Marketing, Product & Talent, and Finance
- Support the rollout of new initiatives, programs, and tools across the franchise network
- Surface field insights, trends, and best practices to HQ leadership and New Studio Openings teams to inform continuous improvement
- Help scale proven strategies from top-performing studios across the system

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5-7+ years of experience in franchise or studio operations, multi-unit leadership, or business consulting (Boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience reviewing P&Ls and developing performance improvement plans
- Proven ability to positively impact revenue growth, utilization, conversion, and overall P&L performance
- Strong knowledge of hiring, training, performance management, and team development best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years of experience working deep in systems such as Mindbody, AXLE, and BI/reporting tools
- Ability to travel regularly to support franchise partners in the field
- A passion for boutique fitness, well-being, and community impact
Travel & On-Site Requirements
- This is a hybrid role with regular on-site presence at the HQ office in Dallas, TX (opening mid-year) and regular travel to Miami, FL for internal meetings, collaboration, training, and conferences.
- The role also requires up to 50% travel to franchise locations for performance reviews, onsite support, and field engagement.
