Job Summary:
We are seeking a Franchise Relationship Specialist to manage and qualify potential franchise candidates. This role involves conducting short discovery calls, assessing fit, and guiding qualified leads through our initial process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 20-minute discovery calls using an approved presentation deck

Qualify candidates based on net worth, ownership goals, and value alignment

Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM

Re-engage inactive leads and track daily metrics

Move qualified leads to Step 1 of the franchise process

Compensation:

Base Salary: $5,000/month, paid on the regular payroll schedule

Bonus: $50 per qualified candidate who completes Step 1

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
