Franchise Training Specialist

Help New Franchisees Succeed From Day One — and Beyond.

We’re hiring a Training Specialist to lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing support of new franchise owners and their teams. This role is key to helping stores open strong and stay successful, through hands-on training, operational coaching, and continuous improvement of our training systems.

What You’ll Do:

Training & Onboarding

• Deliver structured training to new franchisees and their teams prior to and during store openings.


• Co-lead business and technical training programs.


• Conduct on-site training sessions and ensure operational readiness for grand openings.


• Serve as a mentor and point of contact during the early stages of operation.

Ongoing Franchise Support

• Continue supporting franchisees post-opening to reinforce processes and improve performance.


• Identify training gaps and collaborate on updates to tools and systems.


• Support the rollout of new operational initiatives and improvements across the network.

Operations Coordination

• Join construction and pre-opening calls to track timelines and readiness.


• Ensure tech, systems, and inventory are set up before launch.


• Monitor brand compliance, training progress, and guest experience standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in training and food operations is required.


• Preference for candidates with multi-unit or store opening experience.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to coach, train, and support franchise teams in a fast-paced environment.


• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.  Must be based in Pittsburgh, at least initially.

Base salary range of $60,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience and ability to contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
Travel per diem, mileage reimbursement, and performance-based bonuses are provided in addition to base salary.
