As we expand nationally, we’re looking for a Franchisee Onboarding Specialist who thrives on coordination, communication, and bringing big ideas to life. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide our franchisees from the moment they sign their agreement to the exciting day they open their clinic doors and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Be the go-to guide for new franchisees during their clinic launch journey
✔️ Manage timelines, deliverables, and tasks from site selection to grand opening
✔️ Collaborate with real estate, construction, marketing, training, and operations teams
✔️ Keep franchisees informed, aligned, and energized
✔️ Ensure every clinic opens on-brand, on-time, and fully operational

 ✔️ Travel to open clinics 2 days before opening day for a total of 4 days.

 ✔️ Improve processes and contribute to the evolution of our franchise launch playbook

Compensation
Starting at $50,000 annual salary + $500 base pay increase for each clinic opened (after the first 5 clinics)
Monthly service Credit services at the corporate IV Nutrition location
