Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• - Supervise, train, and lead production employees to achieve performance standards and production goals
• - Monitor daily operations to ensure product quality, safety compliance, and workflow efficiency
• - Coordinate production schedules with Plant Manager and ensure timely execution
• - Troubleshoot issues with machinery, materials, or personnel to prevent downtime
• - Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Conduct shift meetings, performance evaluations, and corrective action as necessary
• - Maintain accurate production records, inventory counts, and reporting logs
• - Partner with maintenance and quality control teams to support plant operations

Qualifications & Skills

• - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or technical degree preferred
• - 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or packaging
• - Strong understanding of flexographic, offset printing, or converting processes a plus
• - Proficient in reading work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures
• - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• - Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles

Physical Requirements

• - Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete floors for extended periods
• - Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
• - Must be available to work overtime and weekends, as necessary
