Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Level II Trauma Center

Join our dynamic Emergency Department team at our state-of-the-art medical center in sunny Florida. We're seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in critical situations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert emergency nursing care for patients across all age groups and acuity levels
• Perform rapid patient assessment and triage in a Level II Trauma Center setting
• Execute critical care interventions and life-saving procedures
• Manage multiple high-acuity patients simultaneously while maintaining clinical excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER/Emergency Department experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellence in multi-tasking and priority setting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
