Youll have all the intensity of an ER setting with a smaller, high-performing team and rapid patient turnover. Backed by a major health system, this FSED is equipped for full emergency triage, stabilization, and urgent transfers.

The Role

You'll manage walk-ins and EMS arrivals in a self-contained ER environment. This includes triaging, stabilizing, treating, and, when necessary, coordinating patient transport to the main hospital. Nurses here work independently but stay fully connected to the broader hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and assess emergency patients across all age groups

Administer medications, IVs, and emergency procedures

Respond to trauma, cardiac, and respiratory situations

Coordinate transport for high-acuity cases to main hospital

Ensure accurate, fast-paced documentation

What You'll Bring

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Active RN License (Florida or compact)

At least 1 year of Emergency Department or urgent care experience

ACLS, BLS, and PALS required

Independent judgment, fast triage skills, and calm under pressure
