Freelance Content Creator / Copywriter - Full Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Content Creator / Copywriter to create high-quality, engaging and conversion-focused content for our clients, primarily SMEs and small businesses.

The role covers a wide range of formats and channels, including websites, landing pages, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, social media, sales materials and brand content.

We are looking for someone who can quickly understand a business, its audience and positioning, and turn sometimes complex topics into content that is clear, engaging and conversion-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Ideation

• Understand each client's positioning, services, audiences and business objectives.
  


• Identify relevant topics, messages and creative angles.
  


• Contribute to defining editorial guidelines and brand tone of voice.
  


• Adapt content to different stages of the customer journey.
  


• Repurpose key ideas and content across multiple formats and channels.
  

Web & Conversion Copywriting

• Write content for websites, service pages and other digital platforms.
  


• Create conversion-focused landing pages.
  


• Write compelling headlines, hooks, value propositions and calls to action.
  


• Optimize existing content to improve clarity, impact and conversion potential.
  


• Adapt messaging to different target audiences and customer personas.
  

Content Marketing

• Write articles, guides, case studies and other editorial content.
  


• Produce content that strengthens brand expertise, credibility and authority.
  


• Collaborate with SEO/GEO specialists to create content optimized for traditional search engines and AI-powered search and answer engines.
  


• Turn technical or industry-specific information into accessible and engaging content.
  

Email & Marketing Content

• Write newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  


• Create prospecting, nurturing and conversion email sequences.
  


• Produce copy for different marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  


• Adapt messaging according to the channel, audience and campaign objective.
  

Social Media Content

• Write content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  


• Create effective hooks, captions and calls to action for social media.
  


• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, graphic designers and video editors to turn ideas into engaging content.
  


• Adapt and repurpose content across different platforms and channels.
  

AI & Content Production

• Effectively use AI tools for research, ideation, content structuring and optimization.
  


• Review, improve and enrich AI-assisted content to ensure quality, relevance and originality.
  


• Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice when using AI-assisted workflows.
  


• Stay up to date with emerging tools and practices related to AI-powered content creation.
  

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Solid and demonstrable experience in copywriting and content creation, ideally within an agency environment or working with multiple clients.
  


• Copywriting: Excellent command of persuasive writing techniques, storytelling, hooks, value propositions and calls to action.
  


• Content Marketing: Ability to produce both short-form and long-form content, including articles, web pages, newsletters and sales materials.
  


• Web: Good understanding of conversion principles and content structure for websites and landing pages.
  


• SEO/GEO: Good understanding of SEO content fundamentals. Knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI-powered search is a plus.
  


• Social Media: Good understanding of the formats, trends and best practices of major social media platforms.
  


• AI Tools: Strong ability to use AI tools for research, ideation and content production without relying solely on automatically generated content.
  


• Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand different industries and adapt tone, messaging and writing style to each brand.
  


• Organization: Excellent ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  


• Personal Skills: Creative, curious, rigorous, autonomous and highly attentive to detail.
  


• Portfolio: The ability to present concrete examples of content, campaigns, websites or projects delivered will be highly valued.
