Freelance Content Writer for Accounting Firm - Innovative Company

Business Financial Group (BFG) is a family-owned and operated professional accounting and Payroll Company based in Atlanta, GA, USA. We are committed to providing personalized accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300,000 to $ 5 Million.

We currently have multiple openings for the Content Writers. We are seeking experts to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copies.

• Substantial work experience as a Content Writer in the Finance industry with portfolio
  

• Experience doing research using multiple sources
  

• Familiarity with web publications
  

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  

• Ability to meet tight deadlines
  

• Writing copies for the social media
  

• MA in English, Journalism, or a related field
  

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  

• Write simple and concise marketing copies to promote our services
  

• Proofread, remove plagiarism and edit blog posts before publishing
  

• Submit work to editors for input and approval
  

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  

• Promote content on social media
  

• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  

• Update website content as needed
