Overview
We are seeking a driven and service-oriented Freelance Luxury Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will curate and book exceptional, high-end travel experiences for luxuryclients worldwide.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury travel, thrive on delivering elevated client experiences, and enjoy working independently in a flexible environment.
As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will manage the full planning process from consultation and research to booking and post-travel support ensuring every detail exceeds client expectations.
Design and execute customized luxury itineraries tailored to client preferences
Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand travel goals, lifestyle preferences, and budget
Provide budget recommendations aligned with client expectations
Maintain strong relationships with luxury suppliers, tour operators, and destination partners
Participate in ongoing training, certification programs, and vendor webinars
Stay current on global travel trends, destination updates, and industry changes
Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries
Provide seamless pre- and post-travel communication and support
Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records within company systems
Contribute to marketing initiatives and represent the brand professionally
Participate in FAM trips when available
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Fluent in English
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Sales experience preferred, especially in luxury or high-touch environments
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Smartphone with reliable internet required (laptop recommended)
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus
Personal travel experience, particularly luxury travel, is highly valued
