What You’ll Do
• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms including Instagram, META, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter/X, as well as Google Ads
• Support brand partnership campaigns from setup through delivery, including paid social execution
• Support paid social campaign execution for tentpole and experiential events, including ComplexCon and Complex Family Style
• Collaborate with the strategy, account management and ad operations to optimize reporting and campaign performance
• Provide comprehensive campaign reporting, insights, and proactive communication around under-delivery for paid social campaigns
• Deliver regular performance reports and spend analysis for paid and organic social
• Compile and present market insights to the sales team, including new social ad products
• Streamline operational processes to support growth initiatives
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing paid and organic social campaigns across Instagram,
META, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Google Ads
• Experience in brand partnerships and setting up paid social campaigns from start to
finish in Ads Manager
• Experience supporting live events or tentpole campaigns with paid social amplification
• Proven track record of driving audience growth and managing successful paid media
campaigns
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
simultaneously without dropping the ball on execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
