This role is crucial for connecting talented engineering professionals with exciting full-time opportunities. As a freelance recruiter specializing in engineering disciplines, you will have the autonomy to work from anywhere while leveraging your expertise to source top-tier candidates in Chemical, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering. Your proven track record will play an essential role in driving the recruitment success of our partner organization, ensuring candidates have a smooth and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Accountabilities
- Source, screen, and qualify top-tier engineering talent for full-time roles.
- Utilize JobDiva ATS for end-to-end candidate tracking, job postings, and client communications.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in JobDiva and comply with documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Engineering roles.
- 5+ years of experience with JobDiva ATS.
- Proven track record of successful engineering placements.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience working with US/Canada-based clients.
