What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through continuous prospecting.
• Convert leads into active sales and develop a strong book of business.
• Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment to grow and maintain customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of freight brokerage 3PL sales experience (required).
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
