Purpose:
Provide excellent freight customer service and support to our clients and sales team. Assisting with transportation needs and requests that includes, but not limited to; tracking and tracing shipments, providing status updates to customers by both verbal and written communication, assisting team members with filling daily shipment paperwork, assisting the accounting department with gathering and entering charges into our system, assist with answering all incoming calls and providing timely responses to emails.

Duties:
- Track delivery progress of shipments
- Notify consignees or customers of freight status and arrange for delivery
- Filling daily shipment documents
- Answering phones and managing emails
- Gathering charges and entering the appropriate accounting fields in the system
- Provide support to customers and sales team
- Provide timely and effective communication, both verbal and written
- Account management
