We are currently seeking a highly skilled Freight Payroll Manager to join our team. This role involves managing payroll operations for truckers within the freight industry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, specializing in Payroll, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in processing truckers' payrolls. Proficiency in Peoplesoft or Workday is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage payroll operations in the freight industry.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for truck drivers.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payroll processes.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Utilize Peoplesoft for efficient payroll processing and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance with a focus on Payroll.

Minimum 10 years of experience in processing CDL drivers specifically truckers' payrolls.

Proficiency in Workday or Peoplesoft is required.

Payroll system conversion experience is required.

Certified Payroll Professional, CPP or equivalent is required.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes within the freight industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must relocate or be willing to within Texas
