 We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, team training abilities, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of receiving practices. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, self-motivated, reliable, punctual and will have innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others, as well as excellent time management and personnel management skills. 

A Day in the Life:

• Oversee receiving and direct vendor deliveries in conjunction with store management.


• Train Freight Team Members on how to complete their job effectively.


• Continually coach and develop freight team, ensuring all policies and best practices are in use. Partner with Store Manager on all needed disciplinary actions for freight team.


• Recognize and share positive feedback with freight team. Acknowledge training milestones and exemplary behavior.


• Handle and process freight in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.


• Accurately receive all incoming products including dating, organizing, and checking for accuracy and damage.


• Staging products for efficient delivery to the sales floor.


• Maintain organized backstock and a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.


• Be available to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.


• Stand for long periods of time and complete tasks that require repetitive lifting and bending.


• Use basic math skills for inventory management.


• Light janitorial tasks performed daily.


• Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Availability and Compensation:

• Full-time, average 35 hours a week, availability to work any time Monday - Saturday


• $15 -$17 /hour, DOE
