About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.

This position offers a hybrid working model after onboarding and relocation support for candidates moving to Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
• Conduct cold calling activities to engage potential customers
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance

Requirements

• Spanish C2 and English (minimum B2 level)
• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close opportunities
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
