In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfying overall experience. Your fluency in French will be integral to facilitating effective communication and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Provide information and support on our products and services
• Document all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Guide clients on how to optimize their experience with our offerings
• Gather customer feedback for service enhancement
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and best practices

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
