Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to our products and services.
• Provide accurate information about products, assist with order management, and offer tailored solutions to customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for quality assurance and future reference.
• Work collaboratively with your team to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or service industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria and willing to relocate if necessary.
