Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive products, warranties, and services via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, features, and maintenance options.
• Assist customers with service appointments, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and automotive technologies.

• Fluency in French (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
