Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to flight information, bookings, and aviation services via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide assistance with ticketing, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for maximum satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with airline and airport teams to address customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the aviation industry to provide relevant and accurate information.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and ease.
