Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with account setup, transaction inquiries, and problem resolution.
• Provide accurate information about banking regulations, fees, and promotions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer requests and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on banking products and services to provide informed recommendations.

• Fluency in French (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
