Job Description - French Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in construction services and a passion for excellent customer care. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in French, providing support and information related to their construction inquiries and needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding construction services, project timelines, and service offerings via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Provide information on project details, pricing, and service contracts to clients.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and project updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
