French Speaking Customer Service for Hospitality & Tourism industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who want to share that passion with others. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their travel experiences, providing information and solutions in French to ensure their needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers in French regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide detailed information about destinations, travel packages, and hospitality options.
• Assist customers with booking processes and modifications, including cancellations and refunds.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
