French Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a dynamic team in a manufacturing setting. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers with order processing, changes, and tracking shipments.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to provide customers with up-to-date information.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers and promote product offerings.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Adept problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
