Job Description - French Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media, entertainment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a part of our team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our media offerings and entertainment services, all while communicating in French.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for inquiries related to media products, subscriptions, and live entertainment events via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with account management, technical troubleshooting, and service enhancements.
  • Deliver information about new releases, promotions, and upcoming events to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment and up-to-date information for customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital media advancements to enhance customer engagement.
  • Fluency in French (both written and oral) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
