Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide accurate information regarding product use, availability, and compliance with regulations.
• Assist healthcare professionals and patients with their inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product offerings to provide accurate support.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
• Ability to understand and convey complex information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
