French Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a wonderful opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Retail industry. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer interactions and have a passion for retail. In this position, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to products and services, all while providing excellent service in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide information about product availability, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and special requests.
• Resolve any customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
• Aptitude for managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
