As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide information on product availability, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer support and service delivery.
• Stay informed about new product launches and retail trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Bulgarian is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the retail sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
