Job Description - French Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and have a strong command of the French language. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their telecommunications inquiries, ensuring they receive effective and efficient service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, products, and billing via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Provide information about service plans, pricing, and device features.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex inquiries.
  • Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and product offerings to better assist customers.
  • Fluency in French (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
