Job Overview:

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping ensure smooth communication between hosts and guests, and resolving complaints across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email

• Facilitate effective communication between hosts and guests

• Handle and resolve complaints and escalate when needed

• Deliver excellent customer care in French

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1-C2 level)

• Good English skills (B2+)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends

• Previous customer support experience is a plus
