Fresh Foods Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Fresh Foods department, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Manage and train team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage product rotation and freshness.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance the presentation and appeal of fresh foods.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and variety of products.
• Address customer concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fresh foods management or a related role is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and product quality standards.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
