As a Fresh Foods Supervisor, you will assist the Fresh Foods Manager in overseeing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring product quality across our Deli and Bakery sections. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fresh Foods Manager in daily operations and team management.
• Supervise team members in the preparation and presentation of fresh foods.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering, and manage stock to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
• Train and mentor new staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Help implement promotions and displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in fresh foods or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
