Fresh Grad Hire - Middle Platform Support Specialist

1. Data Support and Processing: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing departmental performance data to ensure data accuracy and completeness, laying the foundation for subsequent analysis.
2. Preliminary Analysis and Visualization: Use tools such as Excel to conduct preliminary statistical and trend analysis on performance data, and attempt to present analysis results in visual forms like charts.
3. Report and Document Assistance: Participate in the creation of periodic performance data reports, and assist in updating and maintaining documents, manuals, and training materials related to the performance appraisal process.
4. Process Coordination and Support: Support the full-process operation of the performance appraisal cycle, including auxiliary work such as system testing, communication and coordination, information collection, and answering inquiries.
5. Team Collaboration: Actively cooperate with team members to complete other relevant support tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Majors in Finance, Human Resource Management, Applied Statistics, Economics, Information Management, and other related fields are preferred.
2. Have curiosity and sensitivity towards data, and be proficient in MS Office software, with a particular requirement of mastering Excel (e.g., PivotTables, common functions). Basic knowledge of SQL or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Python, R) is a plus.
3. Possess excellent logical thinking, learning ability, initiative, and sense of responsibility. Be serious and meticulous at work, and pay attention to processes and details.
4. Have good communication and expression skills, as well as a spirit of teamwork.
5. Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
6. Fluent in both English & Chinese.
