Job Description - Fresh Grad Hire - Web Growth Strategist
This role is primarily responsible for converting google search traffic and increasing AI brand visibility, enhancing customer acquisition conversion through search optimization and advertising. Key tasks include building and optimizing landing pages, refining product value propositions, writing copy, data monitoring, and optimizing user journeys. By synergizing search traffic, the role will output high-quality copy and complete the content loop, ensuring the effective conversion of traffic, and driving user growth and business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Website Content Maintenance
Regularly update and maintain website content to optimize page experience.
Participate in conversion optimization for financial product-related pages to improve page quality and conversion rates.
Empower other teams by providing content support for web pages.
2. Search Traffic & AI Exposure Traffic Conversion & Optimization
Identify and differentiate the attributes of different traffic sources, optimize landing pages based on keyword search demand to ensure accurate traffic matching
Develop traffic strategies and user journey optimization plans, continuously adjusting conversion paths through ABT testing to improve user conversion rates
Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s financial products, refine product value propositions, and write related copy
Complete the content loop for financial product landing pages to ensure effective communication of page information and user conversion
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze user growth data from different channels, identifying business risks and potential growth opportunities.
Implement data-driven strategy optimizations to improve traffic conversion efficiency, with a particular focus on differentiating SEO and SEM traffic.
Graduate students (Bachelor’s degree or above), with a preference for majors in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
Proficiency in English, able to conduct daily work and communication in English; Able to write financial product value propositions and complete landing page content loops in English
Basic understanding of the financial industry and market sensitivity; Prior experience with U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, or digital currency investment is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure and drive resources
A strong data analysis mindset, with the ability to understand and analyze basic operational data, and demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong execution ability, high initiative, adaptability to a fast-paced working environment, and excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in both English & Chinese
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of SEM/SEO for international markets, with prior experience or internships in performance advertising.
Experience in C-end digital marketing, with a basic understanding of SEO/SEM and experience in GSC, GA4, and Google Ads management is a plus.
Proficiency in using AI office tools is a plus.
Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
