Job Description - Front Desk

Job Summary: Stairway Digital Strategies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and must possess excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for handling front desk operations such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the overall appearance of our office space. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings
Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders when necessary
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute company events
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional and polished demeanor
