• Work Hours 7:45 am-4:30 pm- with a one-hour lunch; Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, we work 7:45-3:00. Rarely would you have to work past these hours. We believe strongly in supporting a healthy Work-Life Balance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIEs

• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office      protocols. ·
• Ensure cancellations are filled.
• Verify, update, and enter patient information into the data system.
• Maintain and manage patient records.
• Treatment planning.
• Check-in/Checkout.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level: High School or diploma or GED
• Job Related/Industry Experience: 1-3 years
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications, and company operational systems
• Physical Requirements: Mostly walking, talking, standing, and updating information in computer systems
