Front Desk

HealthCARE Express is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist / D.O.F.I. (Director of First Impressions) to join our growing team!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make others feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll help create the kind of experience that keeps them coming back.

Daily responsibilities include checking patients in, answering phones, updating patient information, verifying insurance, collecting payments, scanning documents into charts, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly throughout the day. We're looking for someone dependable, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

Medical office experience is a plus, but we're also happy to train someone with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. If you're organized, professional, and comfortable using computers in a busy setting, you could be a great fit.

Schedule & Pay
Starting at $18/hour depending on experience
12-hour shifts (8AM–8PM)
Rotating weekends (8AM-4PM)
30+ hours weekly
